On Sunday, Russia attacked Ukraine’s Western region with a major airstrike, Reuters reports.
During the strike, Russia launched 57 missiles and drones, and one of those reportedly entered Polish airspace.
The missile was observed by military radar systems.
It violated the Polish airspace for 39 seconds, Poland’s armed forces say.
Reportedly, the attack targeted critical infrastructure in Ukraine, presumably to apply further pressure following its large-scale attack on the Ukrainian energy system.
