It is a positive sign for China’s ambitious growth target

Official import and export data for January and February of 2024, shows that Chinese export growth beat forecasts, reports Reuters.

The trade data shows that exports were 7.1% higher than the same period last year, while imports had increased by 3.5% comparatively.

Earlier this week, China’s Premier Li Qiang unveiled an annual growth target of 5% at the National People’s Congress (NPC), China's most significant yearly political gathering, in Beijing.
